I had a ride down the marina around 5.00 and spotted this coming down from the Tyne.....

So i had a ride out and sat over an inshore wreck for half an hour, had one codling and quite a few small coalies

Then the reason i went out came along...

Wish it had been under sail, but it was still a great sight...

A quick trip out but well worth it

When i went down the marina this morning at 7.30, it was anchored off Hendon prom, so there is maybe another tall ship up Blyth way ?

Lovely pics Chris, shes a great looking ship. Them clouds look heavy with rain. A couple of fish beats sitting on the moorings.
