I would ask Mr. Charlton for a good recipe, but then again, maybe not, he would want payment of the stripey kind, in fact, is that not him on the side of the marina with the binoculars.

yeah Kev, seems the food chain is full up .... Tony pointed out that the mackerel we had were Stuffed with small(tiny) sprat ... must be loads of patches of em out there ..... sprat to catch a mackerel and all that

The single cod i got and the mackerel on friday had 2"-3" sandeel in them, stuffed with them infact, wont be long until the pirks, shads, twintails and daylights will be back on the menu
