Mistress 5/8/10 evening sesh

Had some good sport aboard Mistress tonight.

Had loads of mackeral in the first half hour on small silver lureflash thingies, then changed to larger daylites baited with slivers of mackeral and got a couple of nice Ling around 5lb, great sport on a 10-15lb. class set up, also got a couple of small coalies, and a pouting.

Same for my mate Mark, but he got his 2 Ling on a flowing trace baited with half a mackeral, and he lost a better one on the way up..

One lad got a Ling of 7.5Lb. and i only seen 1 Keeper Codling caught of around 4lb. and a couple undersized which went back.

Everyone onboard had lots of fish and a few were quite happy just fishing for and pulling in full strings of mackeral all evening.

We will def. be going out on mistress again.

Sound like a great night. I am struggling to think of anything better to do with £15. Nice spacious boat and a decent skipper.

Glad you all had fun, some great fishing to be had this year, one for the record books this seaso
