Yeah I'm taking very little for sitting around in. I'm thinking of just wearing tracky bottoms with some waterproof pants over them, a north face gillet with a base layer under and a waterproof jacket over the top ( the cheapish ones from go outdoors) as they roll up into small bags. what do you think?

Class report and great pics , well done
          I am a fisherman !
It is not merely something that I do
It is who I am !
Fishing is not simply my escape.
It is where I am supposed to be.
It is not a place that I go
But a lifelong journey that I am taking
It is a passage that was shown to me and that I will continue to show others.
When you understand all of this you will then know me .
          And we will fish together

Great report Chris - so many PB's achieved even with the reduced fishing times due to the weather. Outstanding photo's mate. Will catch up with all the details & craic from Yourself and Richie as soon as m8. Well done to all of you as it can be hard going at times and certainly one not for the faint hearted when the conditions gets tough.

The camp boats are 4 person 23ft Dolmoy GRP boats powered by 115hp outboards and they also have a couple of alloy boats built on the same lines as the Dolmoys which will fish 5 persons. However the owners have recently entered into an arrangement with a Dutch boat builder and a Norwegian designer to produce their latest boat "The 200hp Wildeboat" which will comfortably fish 6 persons. The camp owners have recently purchased a 3 bedroom property close to the camp so the 6 person boat "Silda" is available for a 6 person group who wish to rent the house and boat.
As previously mentioned by Chris, we were asked to "road test" the Wildeboat so while the Dolmoys are good boats the Wildeboat is in another league for stability and general sea worthiness.
