    Nice one getting out Norman, it was a bit lumpy and chilly out there.

    We didn’t get far once the loch gate problem was sorted. A short run out of the river then back in without wetting a line charged the batteries up. Bring on the first run of spring fish.

      You've whetted my appetite Norman , I nearly put the boat back in the marina , but I'm determined to do a scottish loch or two first . Nice to see the catch reports starting though , can't wait for the next one.

        I would mate, still poor over here, seen 3 boat owners today 1 had 1 fish 2 had none so dont look great at the moment but March is the worst month for sea fishing followed by April, then its all good after that

              norman,there is a old pal of mine in amble who says you will not catch fish till the snow go,s from the cheviots ,still looked very nice on your plate
