Gonna have a change of venue this year.
Getting tired of Whitby (on Fire, Fishing its nuts off)
Is the boat fishing further North any good?
whats the best months up here for wrecking and rough ground fishing?
I know there are many more wrecks around this area,
For me its just as quick to get over here than when I hit the slower winding roads on the moors getting stuck behind a tractor / caravan etc for Whitby
    Thanks

    Halfprice,
you'll do alright in a few weeks, Hartlepool, Sunderland and Tyne boats will be in amongst them. they are showing on a few inshore wrecks and the ground is still fishing out of Hartlepool, small stuff at the moment, that's when they can get out. great sport when its ON.

Have done Whitby(another belting day!) a few times and had some good trips with Rich on Mistress and Jim on Charisma. However a change is always good too do and there are some great boats "up north." We are basing ourselves in Whitley Bay at the start of July and can't wait to get out.
