never posted any reports this year yet nice to make a start though !

headed out today at about 6am this morning stopped off for some mackerel for the smoker then at the N pier end 15 or 20 tigers few launce eel's and a codling about 2lb on daylyts for john headed of to inshore wrecks and picked away with some lovely drifts and the catch ended as :

stevie - 1 cod, few coalies, scotchies
john - 2 cod , 3 whitings, scotchies, few coalies
me - 4 cod, 1 ling (bwt 4 1/2 lb), few coalies and good old scotchies

best fish 8lb thought it was me first double of the year

had to get towed in we were having problems with the gear box but hopefully we can get it fixed for next week
