  • Stingray catch report 30/8/08

As stated by Norman it was a hard day with the tide ripping today, still managed a lot of fish but not of any reel size, 6lb the biggest today.

Ended up between 3 of us with 11 codling upto 5lb, 3 small ling only about 3lb, loads of steve fish and the many mackerel.

Cut the day short due to a call from a boat that lost its started motor, give him a tow back into the harbour where he anchored up and waited for his mate to pop out and help him but it was getting abit rought anyway so not all bad.

Not heading out Sunday due to forcast and the lash on tonight
