Hartlepool competition

Hi everyone,
It seems ages since i last posted,
but i was hoping that someone might have some info on the Hartlepool Boat Competition ?
I think that it started about two weeks ago,

Hi,
I think it started sat 21st of July and runs to september the 2nd.

I'm pretty sure that their are weekly prizes of £200 for heavies cod and ling plus runner up prizes and £1000 prizes for heavies cod and ling in the festival.

Registration is £2 per day.

Boats taking part in the festival are Maggie May, Evelyn Jane, Flammer II and Famous.

Seen a banner today saying the hartlepool fishing festival ends on the end of August not the 2nd of September as I said.

their dos`nt seem to be much info about.
(i suppose with the competition just starting)
