Well not much of a catch report but here we go.
Set off between the piers at Amble around 10 greeted with chocolate brown river coquet and 1 mile off as well. Lovely calm day with a lazy swell.
Fished a few marks around the island but very little doing apart from the odd whitey. after about 3 hours of scratching about we headed out for 2 wrecks about 4 mile off. had them marked on my plotter but could I buggar find them on the fishfinder. fished the area but again a few whiteys and 2 guernards which Ive never had before. And 3 mackerel.
In all a bit of a rubbish day fish wise must have had summit to do with the brown water which by the time we headed back in had spread to the back of the island.
First time Ive used my plotter and Found out I can get 23mph out the engine not good on the fuel though !
