Sounds like you had a good day lads.......well done.

I hope to be in good repair, (got a couple of broken ribs) by the time my mates back in July.

    Cheers,
    Jeff.

Haway Jeff man ,you should take more care ,you'd never catch me having an accident ,hope you heal soon mate ,I broke a few a couple of years ago and they seem to knit quite quickly ,mind you a bear hug from my mate seemed to slow the healing process somewhat.
You can take the lad out of Walker but .......

A bit embarrassing Norman........lets just say it was a careless fishing accident.

Have you been talking to my mates Bert.......? The rumour around here is that-:

                a) dropped my bait box on my ribs or

                b) dropped my wallet on the afore mentioned ribs or

                c) showing off to ladies on beach by bench pressing boat when I slipped and it fell on me

It depends which academically challenged mate of mine you speak to as to which story you get.

Truth is........ I was holding a boat in the surf while the lad was getting the trailer. There were only two rocks on the entire beach. I slipped on the first seaweed clad rock and fell heavily, (and I mean heavily....I'm clocking over 19st right now) on the other. I jumped up so no-one could see as I was really embarassed. We got the boat on the trailer and walked to the car rather gingerly. I felt like crying my eyes out. Joking aside, worst pain I've ever experienced apart from a "Derby Day" defeat. Ended up with two knackered ribs, torn lat muscle and a bruised liver....!!! Only two rocks on the entire beach and I fall on them both....!!!! Good news is I got the all clear on the liver on Tuesday.

So there it is......what an a$$hole.

                Jeff.

Yer i tried it last week and never got a thing off it, also tried the other's around it and only 1 produced anything.

Still 1 week of west winds will have them feeding again.
