left Roker Marina 8am & headed North, as yesterday the South was poor.
By about 1.00pm there was probably no more than 4 keepers aboard and it really was dire. I had 1 Keeper at that point.
Skipper Bob tried his best & was past himself & stressed out with the poor Fishing.
Headed South but much the same until the tide began Ebbing, then, someone threw a switch & a mad few hours started. I finished with 17 Keepers & there was about 90+ Keepers on the Boat including a very nice, close to 10lb, Cod for one guy.
I was so knackerd that I packed in about 3pm & handed my Rod to Crewman Billy who continued to catch Fish for me.
So, the day ended brilliantly, with everyone well chuffed with the result.
As usual the Craic was great & Skipper Bob & crewman Billy looked after us really well & kept the Bevvys coming.
Top notch day on a top Boat.
