  • seaham marina

Had look at the marina and launch ramp at Seaham today, straight after a trek around the car boot sale. Was quite busy on the ramp with people launching and recovering etc: Was impressed with it all. Must have just missed you Chris, the lads on the ramp said they had just seen you. The boat looks great. Glad the sounder is spot-on.

He told me he was hiding Arthur

It's a canny spot at Seaham, good bunch of like minded lads and some nice ground on the doorstep.

Enjoying our first season at Seaham so far

Thats a shame Arthur, wish i'd known you were coming down i'd have waited for you, next time youre coming down send me a PM, and we'll have a coffee...

Its a good marina, a bit restricted by the gate, but its on my doorstep and much much cheaper than other marinas, plus as Martin says the lads are great, its like a little comunity down there.. so its worth putting up with the odd fishing times....

Did you get any bargains at the booty ...i'll be there today see if i can pick up something i dont really need...

Just realised this thread is in the wrong section. Yes they seem a friendly bunch of lads, and helpfull too. Bootsale, yes, got a 21ft caravan cover as new for a tenner, and it fits like a glove. Might be back there next Saturdays boot sale, 12-30 start.
Sorry I didn't recognise you Martin, nice to chat with you anyway.
