Got medi vaced off the rig sun night badly twisted ankle so got home eventually mon night had a few doctor allintments tues so thought why not headed out the marina 07.17 this morning wrnt straight to the blyth area took bait and praens eith me ad i wasnt sure if the water clarity would be good enogh for shads anyway i got to my slot at about 07.50 dtopped a shad and got a 1lb ish codling first dtop so put the bait away and fished shads for the rest of the day i ended up with a tally of 22 c landed 2 lost 4 kept around the 4lb mark all in all it was a really good day i coukd of kept around a dozen but they would of only been just size so no way they were getting kept the wind picked up so headed home at anour 13.45 all in all a very good day lots of fish about just no too big thats all try again tomorrow tight lines
