went out of whitby on saxon lady on saturday the sea state was good and i topped up my tan from the off 8am with me top off .few it was a scorcher
had loads of mackeral,ling,whiting few cod and a haddock yes a haddock my best mate carl lucky git
or not, earlier i had lent him a boat rod and reel for the trip and he only dropped it in right at the end .
maybe it was because he had the haddock (devil's fish cursed him)
well besides all that we had a fantastic day anyway the skipper colin was a top man on the day and looked after the others on the boat with the patience of a saint
hoping to get on in the festival and go with my mate carl hoping he will land another haddock and win us some money .

Well done i,m glad you enjoyed your day. Haddock seem quite rare these days but when i wore a lad we used to catch loads.
