Well i think we were the only boat today !! A bit of a nasty one !!!
ended up with about .......
3 cod .......pan size
15 plaice to 2lb
lots and lots of good size Dabs and a lot smaller
some Pokes
a herring
2 weavers
a grey gurnard
and about 200 mackeral !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(caught by Keith)
on board .... me ,scull,keith, and sless !!!
good fun ..got tossed about and caught fish ....then a few pints afterwards

Nice one Bert,did'nt look like there was any boats out of Blyth today at least I could'nt see any in shore

Very enjoyable morning!! Cheers mate!
Caught a codling & plaice early on, then decided to catch a few mackeral poor John the filleter had to work ovetime today, still he was left with almost a full box of "tigers" for his smoker

At least you made it out Bert. I was down the pier from 4-7 and the sea was flat as owt then. Some lad in a rowing boat was about 50 yards off the end...thats how flat it was.

Well done Bert and crew,my mate was out on the Diablo and they turned straight back in !!

Aye we say Diablo Steve, It was definately not a day for fishing the wrecks.
