Very short evening session......
away last weekend and missed the settled weather, work in the way all week so plans for a full weekend afloat... that was until I watched the forcast!!
Took a quick nip out last night as the only real chance of getting out, afloat by 6pm and sea was lovely, bit of swell but ok! wind forcast to pick up so only 10 mins out of piers and onto hard ground off Hendon again, fish straight away, at times as soon as the twin tail hit the bottom another take, mostly undersize fish, put back loads of fish around the 2lb mark, best 2 of the evening were 7lb and 6lb, kept another 4 around the 4lb mark, wind sprung up around 8.30, drift went upto 2 knots in the blink of an eye, decided to call it a night and happy with a couple of busy hours and very enjoyable!!
And yes thanks to mark (Kayos) I can now upload pictures into the thread...so easy when you know how!!!
