    hi lads
    just a qucik question about epirbs
    im looking at a 2nd hand one are they easy to re-register ??? and before i bye it is there anything i should look for with it ??

    I would not personally buy a second hand piece of any type of safety equipment purely because you need to know it works correctly and I dont think theres a way of testing them.

    Just my opinion.

        you can get em serviced, new batteries and re-certified, but chances are by the time you\'ve paid for that lot you\'d be within shouting distance of a brand new one.

          check what frequency it is on as one of the frequencies is going to be obsolete soon
