      Best of luck

Good luck Paul, I hope you have a good turn out and the weather is kind, the reports will spark everyone up.

The first sign of fish with a decent forecast will put the lads to sea like an armarda out of Hartlepool and probably the Tyne and Wear the same, everyone is bustin for it.
The forecast sites have higher viewings than corra and X factor ! And The wrecks will be like Blackpool lights with the gear that is ready to go over the gunnels.

If Sunderland and Newcastle had as many tactics discussed on what, how and where, they would be champions league, even our lass is bustin to get the filleting knife out and has all my rigs ready !
She's that bored I have her practicing sharpening with a steel and knocking a few sinkers out.
If the weather doesn't break and the fish don,t show I hate think of the physical and phsycological state of some grown men, white jackets fastened at the back springs to mind.......

      Best of luck

The fishing at the moment is very hard indeed the algie bloom is as worse as i have ever seen it very thick and it doesnt matter how far you go out its the last week of the competition and a 6lb 10oz cod is still leading so in real terms not a lot to beat for £1000 1st prize, sea -otter 2 is full for the rest of the competition which ends next sunday but i am having to cancell every day more crazy weather warm and windy now but it does look like the weekend looks good if they have got it right whether the water clarity improves with the small tides we will have to wait and see algie kills the fishing big style so lets just hope for better things.
