  • The wreck in between the old North and Roker pier.

    I always wondered what happened to this, remember it sticking out of the sands at low water. Anyway, this is an interesting read into that wreck (The Orion) and a few others...

    Still there a marker post marks its spot if i remember right, only down that way and that close in for the airshow so not paid much attention to the area...some great info on wrecks on the net, i know i always enjoy reading up on some of my fav wrecks...often changing the name on the chart to what it was really called not what i called them i.e HMS Load of Cod or Ling Tug

        Have u any links for wrecks richy? Got my new gps/plotter and gona get it loaded up with wrecks soon, I know some may keep to themselves but always good to share useful sites
