Im thinking of setting up a small informational website about north east charter boats a website where boat anglers give their experiences of fishing aboard the north easts boats. I was hoping to start with a review of the boats down at Whitby. Have any of the contributers here got anything they may wish to add about the boats ??? Favourite skipper favourite boat etc. What about the longer charters like the boats that go for 3 days has anyone got any info/experiences of them ???

Been out with most boats at whitby ,sea otter not to bad as he does fish himself .But best i\'ve found is the Jean K, tries his nuts off .Classed as a soggy log at whitby( not to fast!). But rather have a skipper who tries than be ripped off driftting all day and catching nowt!!!.(One long drift at the wall,20+mile out ).Moves from wreck to wreck till you catch not like some ,if you have a bad day with Kevin it\'s down to the fish been off/bad conditions . Landline 01709 371071 Mobile 07885 090930, and have a good charter

used to fish with kevind dad and he had a slow boat but he was a true gentleman and always tried
as for the others well the only two i have had dealings with in the last couple of years are the chieftain and johns a gentleman as well
also bopoked a trip with sea otter and he cancelled due to bad weather so we transfered out £30 deposit to later in the year but after a few months we hadnt had chance so sharon (my partner) wrote him a realy nice letter and explained that we wouldnt be able to make it for some time so could he please return our deposit and guess what we are still waiting
we now go on the esk star with john hutchinson out of hartlepool and he is a top man

alan skinners sarah jfk out of the tyne is top class he is a great skipper who tries hard is helpfull and i always feel really safe on the boat being an ex life boat,he has a great knack of being able to put you onto fish and every drift results in me finding the wreck which is testement to his skills,
good comfortable boat, good crack, top fishing, top value for money
