  • The Jester, Seaham Trip..

After a long awaited break in the weather, the trip up to Seaham was finaly on..
A few pics from the trip..

Robs mate Paul dropping the boat in with the tractor....

    Ghostly figure of Steetly Pier...

Boaties Bay Easington with cliff falls at the north end..

Hawthorn Point with a couple of anglers on the cliff tops...was it you

In the marina 35 mins later....

All tucked up on the mooring....Happy Days....

A great day to be afloat, sea was spot on, i resisted the urge to wet a line to concentrate on getting the boat moored up, had a chat with Allan, out fishing aboard Niamah-Ruby, he had a cracking Whitey........Now the fishing starts.....Yeeeehaaaaa...

I bet you thoroughly enjoyed the run out Chris, great shots of some great fishing grounds there, looks like your all set to go, best of luck

The north point was some spot, you could get 10-12 anglers on there then over the years both north and south points are now away, my favorite spot, that and along with the cliffs to the left of boatys photo, thats the facings, and on the scars on the south side of the facings, Pricey point ..................... memories.

Paul, like you say there are some cracking shots off easington, many a great day fishing the facings and priceys bit taxing on the old legs now like...

Like you say Dunc, just flat seas needed and i'm off out, i stopped to talk to Allan about half a mile off the pier and when i left, a large lump showed up on the sounder, so its logged for the first trip out...

Rob....a big thank you for helping me out while i was at the YC, keep an eye on my trailer for me and i'll give ya boat a polish ...
