  • Midweek fishing trips.

Found out today that as of next week I will be going on to a 4 day working week. I will now be off every Wednesday. I work night shift and will now finish at 3 o`clock on Wednesday morning and not starting again until 8 0`clock Thursday evening, so I will be able to go fishing at lot more often. The reason I`m putting this on here is to ask, if there are any boat owners who have any spaces on their boat for a midweek trip out and are looking for a crew I would be willing to fill the gap. I`m not looking for a freebie and would, of course, contribute to the running costs for the day. I live close to Amble but would be willing to travel further if necessary. I go out on the charter boats from Amble when I can but this isn`t always possible and I would like to spend more time afloat than I did last year, so if there are any skippers out there that can offer a space on their boat I`m ready to fill in, I don`t mind early starts or late finishes.
Sorry if it sounds as if I`m begging, I`m just very keen to get out again.

might be worth having a look round to the boat club

failing that theres duggie at craster, upholder at amble who sail regularly in the summer months.

or give norma at AMBLE ANGLING a list of dates you can sail

in my view it certainly aint begging if you are putting your money on the table, sometimes an offer of help in cleaning the blighters up after a day at sea dosent go amiss

best o luck anyhoo the noo

haha silly boy the noo forgot to mention the warlord sometimes has a mid--weeker in too
