Today my brother Kenny had \"the boys\" out and amongst the cod ,ling,pollock.plaice,chichens,scotchies,bonk eels,and dabs ......
He also landed a nice 2lb 10oz brill

wot a nice looking fish i`ve never seen one landed off the boats out of the Tyne in 25years

In all the years I\'ve been on NESA, I don\'t think I can recall any mention on here of anybody landing a Brill off the N.E. coast.

Only Brill i have ever seen in this area where about 3-4 inches in the rock pools at Tynemouth. Used to see alot when walking the bogs along the beach.
