in a friends boat. God I hate being ill! 
he gets to see the most amazing things... this is twice now.
today as well as having a good catch of cod and pollack he saw two basking sharks (anything under 3lb went back plus a load over that mark too) and watched a gannet being hand fed by our friend (pics on my site in the general boat fishing gallery).
the last time he went out without me a Fin whale surfaced right next to the boat also a group of 3 minkes!
