      Hi Geoff,
Good to see you getting out and getting one or two fish, it can only get better this time of year. I am just trying to get a yella tail supplier sorted out for when I get home, dont know if you have any contacts - PM me if you have. I am due home in a couple weeks and off until the new year so no doubt I will see you down at the marina. Anyway tight lines but dont catch them all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

      Davey........

Any yella tails out there ????????????

                          Hi Geoff,
Managed to get a couple of numbers for yella tails, wonderful thing this internet isnt it !!!!!!!.
I had a batch of my normal blacks sent up last time home, your welcome to some if your short. I its amazing how little water you need to catch fish, got to have the tide though.Theres some canny shots up north, church grounds, wreck point, white rock -mark X is further up North. Couple of times the sounder depth alarm has gone off and we,ve had to up anchor and shift off a bit rather sharpish.
I number one rule this time if year (xmas) is to have loads of good bait in the freezer and a supply of yella tails on hand - job done.
I am just keeping my fingers xd the weather is better than last year, if I remember it was the pits and you can only drink so much LOL.
I had the boat oot the water last trip home for its annual maintainance so in theory its all ready to go, great when you anti-foul that time of year as nowt grows on the hull only a slime which comes off when the boats underway.
Is Bobby doing owt with the Topline or is he grafting all the time - he does fish the winter doe,snt he ????.
Anyway I will give you a bell when I get home.

                          Dave......

Winterize your boat, must be off your rockers.................

Marty my first mate is wanting to give the wks a go weather permitting, hes going to sort out the mackerel and theres plent of dirty squid to go at. Will have to get some of them geet big Rob Thompson baits down there to coax them, he does well on the south coast.
Anyway just counting the days now, not long to go !!!!!!!!!!!

                              Davey..........
