  • Kayak repot from DT

Definately a chill in the air this morn, need to wear my sealskin mitts when paddling in future . Southerly wind giving the sea a bit of chop and the ebb running North, perfect for anchoring, but nobody told the fish ;D

Soon as i stopped and dropped anchor up popped my friend much better fisherman than me ;D Poor omen never mind just good to be here ;D

Over an hour later and just a big whiting to show for me efforts ;D

Time for a move , last hour closer in to fish for Dabs Anchored up and they soon homed in yum yum ;D

    Double shots ;D

Saved the day and food on the table ;D.............Dave.

                yak report

Dave that looks like a brill way to spend a sunday.

Just wish I was fit enough to paddle out and back and fish in between.

how stable are the sea yaks , they must be better than the run o the mill ones
