  • Antifoul Advice.

    I'm going to antifoul the bare hull on the boat and was wondering which make and spec you use, i know i'll need to prime it first, and then a couple of coats but not sure which to use....any advice appreciated....

    Are you putting her in the marina Chris if not, I wouldn't anti foul her

          If it was me starting with a bare hull think I would go for the Copper coat stuff, think Graham B on here had his Qs 640 done with it.

                            Martin is right Chris, we have got coppercoat on ours and she is guaranteed for ten years, allegedly! The proof will be when she is lifted out for the annual service in Jan/Feb to see exactly how well the coppercoat is performing.
                            I think Ray has coppercoat on Eleda as well if I am not mistaken?

                            I thought you just bough a new disco for towing your new boat? The amount of fishing time saved it is a marina berth all the way for us!
