The window rubber will be an "H" shape, fit the rubber into the hole in the Fibre Glass, then smear plenty fairy liquid onto the rubber and the edge of the perspex and feed the perspex into the rubber, use a flat blunt knife blade to ease the rubber round the perimeter of the perspex till you've gone right round it, bit like you would do with a bike tyre....If you are really stuck Alan, i'll have a look at it for you....Free of Charge...
Like jester says the rubber is H shape, try fitting it onto fiberglass then the other side of the H shape run sum string all way the inside of it keeping the two ends together when they meet, after sliding window into rubberspull the string out using one end til ur all the way fone this should pull the seal out and keep window nicely in place, hope this helps mate
