  • Loch Etive boat fishing

Not sure wether shore or boat forum to post on.....we're off to Loch etive in a couple of weekends and thinking about hiring a boat. What technique fishes best? Is it just the same rough ground fishing, jigs? Or is bait fishing best? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fish baits mate ledgered tight to the bottom try tying up on one of the fish pens and fish heavy hooklengths or the spurs will just bite straight through ...

Cheers folks, we've hired one of dougies boats for Sunday morning. Hopefully won't have drank too much beer on Saturday night.... I'll update and hopefully have some pics to upload on our return.
