Some time ago, in the far off days of the old board, somebody posted about a \"filleting school\" where some old fish filleter was running classes on how to do it. Quite a few guys said they would be interested in learning how to hack a fish up professionally, but did anybody actually go.???????????

I went Harry , the course was called \"Bitesize\" and it was free on North Shields fish Quay trainee school . It was run by a smashing ex- fish filleter aand nothing was a problem to them . ( Even got a certificate ).

The response of the board was a bit muted like
