          try quells one hour before you go do it for me also have a look at relief band / watch about Ł100 but get a good write up

            Joyriders. One the night before, one about half an hour before you sail. Spot on. Been out in some rough seas and felt ok.

                  well i used the quells as the local chemist had them we were both fine apart from nakad arms with pumping fish up from the deep
