  • Wreck coordinates ?

Right lads I use navionics (iPhone) which is pretty accurate but recently I've gone onto the wreck.eu site and their coordinates vary ? Which ones do you use and find the best ?

The wreck site co ordinates are usually spot on , I've found them to mark the centre of the wreck , they have "dead" wrecks on there as well though which are marked wrecks which have been covered up or destroyed but if you read all the info on the wrecks on the wreck site you can get a very good idea of which ones are worth plotting out properly.

      Cheers bud

I've just got the navionics gold card now for my chart plotter so that'll give me a better idea for positions, yeah it's a very good site regarding each particular wreck and I know that most were ripped up by the dredgers in the 50's & 60's but there's still some fairly intact ones off Blyth.
      Thanks again
