Spray paint
I give mine a base coat of Red line marker paint - then a final coat of fluorescent orange (Halfords) - I have in the past used bicycle handlebars (chromed) or the tube type legs from old chairs. Ive seen Grahams hand painted jobs and they look the buisness also.http://jemnessgsd.homestead.com/home.html
