Its that time of year when doule figure cod can come in numbers yesterday the 1st fish on the boat fell to dave nixon from sunderland with a cracking cod of 14lb he nailed it on shad dave loves his shad fishing and will persever all day doing it .
Lee hassbring lee tends do more fishing with squid and he wasnt dissapointed he got a lovelly fish over 13lb he was well made up we did have bit of problem with a very large seal which took a few good cod off the lads i wont say what they said but they werent happy.

This poor lad only gets the head after the seal bites his fish in two still leaving his shad in the fishes mouth it went straight to the lad opposit and took his fish next what can you say.
