Nice day to be afloat, espescially in february. Great pics and good report.
Some good weather coming this week, warm with light winds towards next weekend, so hopefully the fish wont be far behind. Nice one Davey.

I've GOT to get into that

Done a lot of canoeing years ago but wouldn't know how or where to start looking for ocean/fishing stuff in this region.

Let's see; I've got a rod and reel I can use.

            That just leaves ...

            ... everything else !

Great pics. Thanks for sharing, and for pushing me further down the road of buying into another facet of the sport

some excellent pics there mate, and yous didn't blank.
i like the idea of being out there in a kayak just fishing with a mate but im to safety conscious to have a go at it...
if i get a big one will it capsize me, how do i deal with a fish ive caught in a tiny space with out falling out the kayak, thts just me.

but well done on getting out & catching something

Safe as houses if youve got the right gear.... The fish arent a problem they go straight into a dive net bag at the side of the kayak As for fallen in if this does happen its normally in the shallows where you can stand. You wouldnt go out if it was too rough.
