I know this has been asked before, but does anyone know of somewhere to store a boat for a couple of monthes in Sunderland or failing that the Tyne and Wear area?

I've managed to get sorted now, but for anyone looking in the future there are a lot of caravan places that seem willing to take boats as well.
Just make sure you check their access time restrictions.
