Selling my Boat

I made the decision last week to sell Jester. I'd thought about it on and off for a couple of months but after a sad event over xmas its going to go.
The first grand daughter is arriving in 3 weeks so i'm going to spend more time with the family which means i need more cash. I hav'nt advertised it nationally yet, just word of mouth down the marina and i have a viewing tomorrow, so i'll keep you informed....Was going to wait till the end of april before advertising......

Very sad news mate proper gutted for you but family comes first had some mint trips out with you and some class crack no doubt it will sell straight away its gleaming keep in touch mate as i have plans to get a vessel later this year and owe you a few trips

Don't do it mate! I know I don't feel right if I don't have a boat! Is there any way you can take on a partner and share the costs? Marina/running/insurance etc and for them to buy 50% of the boat from you?That's what me and Micky do to try and easy the burden of a bloody expensive sport/hobby/passion!

Hi Chris, What a tough decition to have to make not that long after getting her, but like Deano says, family comes first. There will be a big hole on this forum without Jester reports, but I'm sure you will still be on hear giving advice and bantor to everyone.

once you start playing with the grand kids you will get great enjoyment from them, they keep me going not being able to sea fish at all.
