Ok so whats your goal for this year, 20lb plus cod perhaps?

well aaprt from not sinking/drowning, It would be nice to find a few haddock or the odd bass, might take the fly rod out and have a bash at the mackie of the boat as well. Gonna have a serious crack at some skate in the summer. Only caught 1 before, entirely by accident, so fancy giving that a go.

loch sunart - only a little un, the guy I was with reckon 80-100lb, I was fishing with hokkais for pollack at the time!

because u used to get them just off the big beach so i heard years ago like on the boat not from shore

this will be my first year for boat fishing can`t wait my best fish is a 9lb8oz cod so anything above that would be nice never had a ling or decent pollock

Im with richy also want to crack the 20lb mark for ling and the elusive double mark for cod. Have come close more than once. Also i want to spend atleast 3 days out on a boat over the summer.
