Just got time now for a late report as I have been to my brother in laws funeral this morning.
We all seven of us set out off Sunderland at about 7.30 AM, first wreck nothing doing so we moved on a little further out to the next wreck and a few cod came in then it went quiet so another move and we hit into ling and a lot of maccy (fresh bait) plus a few more cod up to 12 pound and some small ling, things went quiet at high tide so I played around with shad and lead heads the lead head yielded my first cod (first on a lead head 3lb ish).
The next wreck further out again gave us bigger cod and ling drift after drift with a few maccy.
We returned a lot of fish when it was possible all in all we caught around about 70 to 80 fish and headed back to the Marina all happy and all with keepers.
What a great day it was.
BAIT, Fresh maccy day lights, black muppets, hockies, leadheads.
Oh By the way thanks to a nesa member Davey for the lovely sweet cherries
Now for the cod and ling porn.
