I spit and salute magpies, touch wood - variations 1 & 2 (see easyfish1 comment for variation 2 ) and generally wear the same clobber every trip as it's "lucky"

I believe in karma (dude) so am always mindful of making rash comments for fear of karmanic (word?) retribution IE: calling a double on camera

Never split all the fish boxes before a trip either - asking for trouble (and empty boxes )

Ha ha! it's virtually impossible to drive from here to Amble without killing a rabbit , well , at least at first light it is , or a pigeon or some other wildlife , I've never seen a road like it for living hazads. Not many crows hang about long though

early starts are a nightmare if you are "regular".........got to do that dance, coffee, and hope you go, before you go....if you know what i mean...

I get down on my hands and knees and pray that for once, my girlfriend Lynn wont make me look a fool, by totally out fishing me.....It never works!!

Sea sick tablet just as I go to bed, one when I get up. One when I get on the boat, stoned due to sea sickness tablet overdose. No breathing through my arse as I'll not be laying out the ground bait.................Barf!
