20 quid or so for new ones last year. got a mate in sunderland, ex trawlerman that had started a small business making them

I'll ask him if he's still at it if you want
ʎɐqǝ uo pɹɐoqʎǝʞ ɐ ʎnq ı ǝɯıʇ ʇsɐן ǝɥʇ sı sıɥʇ.

              Thought for the day:
Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Converting an MFV Fifie trawler type thing.

Watch out because you need different licences depending on if you place your pots north of the tyne or south of the tyne.
I bought some of my poits from a bloke up at Cambois for £15 each, he makes them to order. The other pots I use are ones I have found and repaired after they were washed up on local beaches. I also found several hundred yards of rope that took two of us to carry back to the car and hours unravelling it. Beach combing is one way to get the pots and gear free, if you don’t fancy that, I can PM the telephone number for the lad at Cambois.

                        Hello,
Those pots that Marks friend from Sunderland makes are excellent, I got some from him last year and he will make you what you want, parlour pots, side entry and so on.

They are so good that someone took mine even though they were tagged!!!!!
I am hiding them a bit better now though.

As has already been said you need a different license for North or South of the Tyne.

I bait mine with cod heads.

                        Regards Ian
