  • shads for N\E coast

I favour the orange and white ones but can't find a decent quality shad any recommendations?

I like the storm glow tigers but no bigger than 4". Tend not to get stuck on one colour though as it changes from tide to tide. 3 or four retrievals and I change if nowt interested. One thing I have found useful lately is fishing a homemade daylight the same way. Give it a try you may well be surprised.

Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Sidewinder 4" sandeel in bloodhead or rhubarb and custard. The new rattle backs and savage gear sandeels are good but bloody pricey.

sidewinder 4" shads, rhubarb and custard, white with solid blue back bone, even the HTO wreckers in rhubarb and custard do the business very well indeed, on the tyne or on the tees
