Just ordered mine, it was that curly bit of wire that did it for me. I bet they cut things really well. And as for the pouch they come in............ I may order two pairs so I can look like a Plier slinger and pretend I'm a cowboy. £205:00.............. my AR*E!

Quote! They may sound expensive, but when I think back over the last 10 years and how many pairs of inferior pliers I’ve thrown away because they had seized up, it’s over half the cost of my Van Staal’s (!!!) Quote!

Has he never heard of WD40??? , my cheapo pliers have seized up loads of times , a squirt of WD40 and they loosen up a treat , better than they were originally
So far I've lost a rod and reel and a fileting knife that I can remember over the side of the boat ( I'm sure there's more but can't remember what ) there's no way I'd pay that kind of money for something that is likely to end up going the same way.

WD40 great stuff, cleans rods on a cloth, oils reels, unsticks pliers, scissors crimps and all else of things ... and also doubles as a bait attractant .... class stuff... never be without it !
