  • Boat Fishing Help Please

I am hoping yous lads/lasses could help me out here.
I am wanting to do a few hours boat fishing but my daughter who is 15 years old wants to know if she could come with me and do some fishing as well. I have taken her fishing on the pier before and she really enjoyed it. The problem i have is how will the other guys around us react - is it a more of a lads thing or what? I hope yous can help me as i would love to take her out on a boat. We were meant to be going out on a neighbours boat this year but unfortunately he has had to cancel this as his work has taken him away.

now mate - i think the only advice would be to pick a charter boat with a toilet on board as that would aviod any embarrassment, the days i have been on charters with females on board have been excellent as the banter is different. But she will be well recieved.
give a man a fish and feed him for a day - teach the man to fish and feed him for life!!!!

As Jason says a clean toilet is essential for females. Even if she dosent use it, it will put her mind at rest.

The other lads will keep their language down for sure, and adjust their manners accordingly. I never had any problems.

you could take her on the mistress, they do evening trips from 6 till 9 i think. im not sure where you get picked up but it'll probably be royal quays. a few lads off here are on the mistress regular so im sure they'll tell you more.

plany of boats go out at Seahouses for 3 hr trips - ideal for new starters as its not to long and you catch macky and the odd cod.
