hoping to get out mid week booked a trip on the evelyn jane if anyone has fished on the boat can you tell me if its a decent boat to go out on and if the skipper is helpful as ive been out on a couple of boats in the past and the skipper has been totally useless un helpful and to be honest ive had a few bad past expierance with some of them any info would be great cheers daz

yeah i was out 2 weeks ago mid week,good skipper worked hard 2 find fish,altho there wasnt a great number ov fish caught but every1 on board had fish.i had half a dozen cod,biggest was about 10lb and i also had a pollock about 10lb also.the day we went out it was a really small tide which i think didnt help.im booked up for this monday weather permiting and depending how many people are going as there is only 3 ov us.going monday as its not a bad size tide by mid week the tides are really small again.

i got mine booked for tuesday gotta ring him oin monday night i just rang up on the off chance of a spare space and he put me on for tuesday just hope i get a couple and cheers let me know how you get on.....daz

the skipper is called jason ,not a fast boat but there you go
and he has the 2 biggest fish at the minute in the comp
