Kind of a 2 day turn around Keith but the first day was rained off for most of it and the second I had an early finish at 3.00 ......
Back in the water (where she belongs) at 10.00 tomorrow.
Done this a few times now so from experience just Concentrated on doing the things you can only do out of the water so basically a hull clean and polish and an anti-foul, all other things can be cleaned up when back in the water.
Used a couple of new cleaning agents this time and wow I`m impressed,in particular a hull cleaner (to get out stains in glass fibre) that at first look was pretty crap as when I opened it I expected a creme type like T-cut but found very thin liquid. When applying it no matter how hard I scrubbed the hull with it it didnt shift anything .......... until (like all men) I read the instructions (afterwards) ....
1. wear hand protection ... oops
2. use a sponge .... ooops
3. lightly sponge the surface and do not rub .... ooops ooops
4. leave for 4 minutes ......
5. wash off with clean running water ...
After which I`d read the instructions (took me about 4 minutes ) I turned to look again at where I`d started and WOW a white clean patch .... its excellent ...... needless to say I then (gloved) sponged down the entire hull
The guard dog belongs to the guy next to me (also shown on pic) - John ...
The dog (although prone to the odd growl), seems to have adopted me and slinky
