  • First time ever sea sick ....

    No good, cant hold it any longer thats the first time I`ve ever been sea sick ...............

    sea sick that is, sick of not being able to go to sea because of the bad timing of lock repairs at Royal Quays .......

    (sorry but had to edit out the rest of this post ! ..... was all to do with how much I`'ve just paid for the priveledge of .......)

        Your mooring fees must have been due begining of April aswell then Nornan !
        We had the sting of paying for the bigger boat this year, no mini berth allowances this time, even tho were on the same birth, the joys !

        Chin up, your almost guaranteed a good week of weather when we lift our boat out at the end of the month.

                Keep your chin up mate I'm sure you'll come back with a bang or you could always get Steve to put the eel trap in for those 6lbers inside the lock gates

                    After the winter I've had I think I would have been dragging the boat through the streets to get out if they'd locked us in at Amble , I thought today was never going to come. They are doing some work at Amble , changing the pontoons , I seen them drive one away today , got quite a shock seeing a pontoon motoring along through the marina with an outboard attached to the end
