  • jfk two another good on the wrecks

    out again today lovely flat calm seas. felt like july. fish from the off and fish from every wreck we tried.
    ended up with over a 100 fish, best 10.5lbs cod for norman storey from south shields,
    also some nice ling to 9lbs.
    best angler taking 18 fish, most 8-10 fish each, with a good amount better cod in the of 4-6 lbs range,
    so a lovely flat day and plenty fish as well. can't be bad. couple of pics.was to busy to take to many.

      had some good trips already, and the signs of fish and sprats and feed all over it really is shaping up to be a good season, you really need to be out there.

        Got Shady out for a wash but we'll be using a mate's Arvor for a club on Sunday if the weather behaves.

                Land locked at the minute a little scub up and paint etc etc etc and we will be at the kerd ................cant even pick any land marks off Alans strategically take photos
                Im all excited now going to have to crack the whip with the motley crew !

                  pot luck with the photos, would still be deceiving even with some background. but you definitely need to get cracking bert, it really has been good fishing an as I keep saying it is really looking like a great season ahead.

                    I also was out on the red boat boat that came alongside you later on in the day my mates boat out of sunderland we had a canny day five of us took 73 keepers from 3lb to 7lb a few large blegs all took to squid -mussel- carte- black lug -peeler!! they were feeding on anything it was a good day then the wind spoiled it later on but never mind the seasons is young ATB

                      aye was a good day all round.it just seemed as the fish switched on even more, with the slack, and the little bit SE top seemed to help.
                      lets hope there's plenty good days to come. it certainly feels like its going to be a good season.
