Red boat off Roker

This boat was hauling up buoys 250 yards off the low water line directly opposite a fav mark of mine.

Would they be netting or potting do you think?

If you are talking about the barrier up to the steps I guess they would all be pots, nets wouldnt last two minutes.

If it was the red coble/blue dodger they would be nets they were hauling, theyve been getting one or two decent fish there

Boils my p*** they would do it so close in shore. Are they allowed to do it there?

There was bouys less than 50 yards from the side of the pier down there the other night, i cant say if this is allowed or not as i dont know.
